Most alarms are nothing. A cat, a windblown tarp, a tenant working late. Our desk looks at the live feed before anyone drives out, so you aren't paying for a guard to chase a raccoon. Every plan includes 20 verified alarms a month.
What does the guard do when they get there?
A licensed XA guard arrives with your keys, walks the site, deals with anyone who shouldn't be there, and calls police when it's needed. You get a written report of what they found.
How fast does a guard arrive?
It depends where your site is. We give you a target time at the survey. Response times are targets, not guarantees, and sites on our patrol routes are closest.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Six months, then month to month. Sign for 24 months and setup is waived.
Why not just put up cheaper cameras and watch the app myself?
You can. Most owners who do end up as the night guard. The alert comes at 2 a.m., and the choice is to drive out or ignore it. Presence puts a person on every alarm and a guard on the real ones.
